She is a graduate of the University of Houston Honors College in the Department of English (Linguistics) and a former English teacher. I am not sure this is the proper place to comment but since I could not find an actual email it will have to be sufficient. I am unable to find a link on Amazon for your new book which according to the information here will be released in less than a month. Since last time I looked my reviews for both of the first 2 books were at the top of the reviews on Amazon I am a bit concerned about why I cannot preorder the book yet. Feel free to email me at or even comment here since I have subscribed to the comments here. I find the 2 books so far to be high quality and totally entertaining🙂 Feel free to join our little forum on Amazon at :

it will probably cross the 10000 post limits within the next 5-7 days but links will point anyone interested to the new forum. Its just a group of book junkies and I am the token hetero male for an overwhelming female audience🙂

Douglas, thanks for stopping by the site and asking a great question about pre-ordering on Amazon. I’ll answer in the comments, since other readers might be wondering, too.

I was told by a writer friend just last week that there is a rather complicated and convoluted way that self publishers can go about setting up a book for preorder, BUT I’ll confess I have no learned it yet. The good news is that, if you have subscribed to the site here, you will be sure to get an update and sales links as soon as The Force of Wind goes live on March 6th. I usually put up a couple posts a week, so I promise not to flood your inbox.

And I want to thank you for your two very thoughtful reviews for my books! I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed them, and I hope you enjoy the next. I was really flattered by both. Thank you! I’m about 2/3 finished writing Book Four, so that’s keeping me busy, but I’ll be sure to check out the forum when I get a chance!

My email is in the last paragraph above, and please feel free to write me at if you have any other questions.

As with Doug, not sure this is the forum, however, just finished A Hidden Fire, not usually my kind of read but I could not put it down. If you or you agent are not pursuing this project being turned into a screen play you are either missing out on a great opportunity or it is time to get an new agent. This could play as a full length feature or as a miniseries. my suggestion is that you should look into the prospect.

      Hi, Ron!

Thanks for stopping by the site. I do have a great agent in NY who handles all my subsidiary rights like translation or film. And I know she’s worked a number of film deals, so I’m sure that’s something she would pursue if there is enough interest.

Thanks so much for the lovely compliments! I’m very flattered. So glad you enjoyed the book.
